-Arrival in Madrid (Hotel Spa Senator España) and general EAP orientation: August 29

- Introduction to host families: August 30

- First days on campus: August 31, September 1-2

-Walking campus tour, placement test and welcome reception at Carlos III: August 31

- Orientation days at Carlos III (presentations by Hispanic Studies courses professors): September 1-2

- End of homestay: December 4 (students leave homestays this day)

Academics:
- Hispanic Studies classes: September 5 - End of Hispanic Studies classes: November 25

- Hispanic Studies finals: November 28 - December 2 (both included)

- First day of regular courses: September 5 (only for those who want to take regular University courses)

- End of regular courses: December 16 (only for those who want to take regular University courses)

- Regular finals: December 19 - 23 (only for those who want to take regular University courses)

EAP Field trip:
- Trip to Cordoba and Granada: November 11 -13
